AI Cosplay Video Generator for Original Characters

Neonyx is an AI cosplay video generator for adults who build their own characters: upload a photo in costume and Seedance 2.5 sets it in motion in a vertical 5, 10 or 30-second clip, a cape catching the wind, horns lit in violet, a blade drawn under neon. Original or generic costumes only, 18+, never explicit.

  • From $5.19 per clip · price before you pay · no subscription
  • 18+ only · original characters · never explicit · moderated

From costume photo to character clip

You spent weeks on the costume; a still photo shows it once. A short clip shows it the way a character would move: turning, drawing a weapon, lifting a mask, stepping out of smoke. The model uses the costume and face in your photo as references and adds the motion, the set and the light.

Neonyx leans into the night: neon cities, ruined cathedrals lit in violet, rooftops in the rain, a throne room bathed in red. The clips are dramatic and hot, styled for adults, and they stay never explicit.

Cosplay rules, read these first

Cosplay has its own pitfalls, so here they are up front. The full terms of use apply to every render.

Welcome

  • Your own original characters and costume designs
  • Generic archetypes: vampire, android, dark elf, space pilot, demon, witch
  • Adults who agreed to their cosplay photo being animated
  • Fictional adult models from the library, put in costume

Refused

  • Copyrighted characters by name, from games, anime, films or comics
  • Characters who look underage, whatever their official age
  • Explicit sexual content, nudity or sexual acts — such requests can be refused by the video provider’s checks
  • Real cosplayers, actors or celebrities without their consent

Write the archetype, not the franchise: “silver-haired vampire countess in a red velvet coat” works where a character’s name would not. Everyone shown must clearly read as an adult.

Archetypes that come alive in neon

Generic characters, each with a setting and a move that suits it.

ArchetypeSettingSignature move
Vampire countessCandlelit hall, deep red lightA slow smile with a hint of fangs
AndroidWhite lab turned violet, flickering panelsA head tilt as a glowing seam lights up
Dark elf queenMoonlit forest, blue mistLifts the chin, silver hair catching the light
Cyber ninjaRain-soaked rooftop, neon signsDraws a glowing blade in one motion
Horned demonSmoke and drifting red embersSteps out of the smoke, eyes glowing
Space pilotCockpit lit by blue displaysTakes off the helmet and shakes out the hair

Props are the hardest part: keep them simple and their motion slow, and add a close photo of the prop as an extra reference.

Cosplay prompts to load

The costume photo is @Image 1; a prop or a detail can be @Image 2. Run each at $5.19 before going longer.

  • Vampire countess

@Image 1 as a vampire countess in a red velvet coat with a high lace collar descends a candlelit staircase, deep red light through tall windows, stops and smiles slowly with a hint of fangs, slow tracking shot, candle flames crackling.

Slow and regal: a staircase gives the walk a purpose.

  • Glowing blade

@Image 1 in a black armored bodysuit on a rain-soaked rooftop draws a glowing cyan blade from the back in one smooth motion, neon signs behind, rain streaking past, low-angle shot, rain and distant sirens.

A close-up of the prop as @Image 2 can guide the hilt; inspect it for changes.

  • Demon from the smoke

@Image 1 with curved black horns and a dark corset costume steps forward out of thick red smoke, embers drifting, eyes catching a violet glow, slow push-in, low rumble.

Smoke hides the background and flatters any costume.

  • Android awakening

@Image 1 as an android in a white and chrome bodysuit stands perfectly still, then tilts the head as a glowing violet seam lights up along the jaw, flickering panels behind, static close-up, electronic hum.

Stillness first makes the small move land.

  • Dark elf in the mist

@Image 1 as a dark elf queen with long silver hair and a thin silver circlet turns slowly in a moonlit forest, blue mist curling around, lifts the chin and stares down the lens, slow orbit shot, wind through the leaves.

Pointed ears from a prosthetic hold best when visible in the photo.

How to make an AI cosplay video

Several references help a costume hold. You see the price on the button before paying.

  1. Add the costume

A full-length photo in costume becomes @Image 1. Close-ups of the wig, a prop or the back of the costume can follow as @Image 2 and @Image 3.

  2. Describe the scene

Name the archetype, the setting, one dramatic move, one camera move and the sound, and mention each reference by its number.

  3. Test, then the hero shot

Five seconds in Medium 480p to check the costume holds, then ten in High 720p or Ultra High 1080p for detail on armor and fabric.

Limits

  • 1 to 12 images, JPG, PNG or WEBP, 10 MB each
  • One continuous 9:16 shot of 5, 10 or 30 seconds, with ambient sound
  • No video, music or voice upload
  • Moderated generation: a prompt can be refused

Keeping a costume consistent across clips

A character series looks professional when every clip matches. Upload the same references each time, in the same order, and copy the costume description word for word between prompts: “red velvet coat, high lace collar, silver rings”. Change only the action and the setting.

Short shots stay closer to the references than long ones. Plan a teaser as three five-second shots, an entrance, a close-up and a reveal, then cut them together. For darker characters, the goth AI video generator has more lighting ideas; for chrome and rain, see the cyberpunk AI video generator.

AI cosplay video questions

Can I make a video of a famous character?

Use an original character or one you have rights to depict. Describe the archetype, colors, materials and setting, and do not impersonate a real actor. A familiar name alone does not establish permission.

Why are some anime-style characters refused?

Any character who looks underage is refused, even if the story says otherwise. Adults only, and they must read as adults: adult features, adult proportions, adult styling.

Will it keep wigs, horns and props?

Usually, when they are clear in the photo. Small props and thin weapons are the hardest; add a close-up of the prop and keep its motion slow.

Can I add effects like glowing eyes or magic?

Yes: glowing eyes, embers, smoke, sparks, a light seam on armor. Describe one effect per clip and keep it close to the character rather than all over the scene.

Can I use a photo from a convention?

Only of yourself, or of an adult cosplayer who agreed to this AI clip. A photo you took of someone at a con is not consent.

How far can a cosplay clip go?

Dramatic and hot: corsets, bodysuits, a smoldering stare, a slow walk out of the smoke. Never explicit, and never a character who looks underage.
